Hi to all on this forum
I am a new user and quite satisfied with the product but have a question.
I started using the product from a trial bases. It preformed fine. I then purchased a hard copy, following the instructions; I installed the copy over the trial version.
When I completed a full backup I then wanted to check its integrity, it insure that it would re-do my hard drive, but was told by the system that the backup was not a true .tib image? What did I do wrong? Has anyone else had this issue?
I should say again that prior to loading the hard copy program the trial version worked just great. It also told me that some of the files would be replacing new ones and did I wish to do this and I choose no. To get the program to run properly I removed it and then re-installed the CD hard copy. All seems ok now but I am worried about the reliability of the back up. May I assume that when creating a backup, if you cannot check its integrity with the system then it may not work?
