I have loaded processguard and online armor and now the google autofill button is grayed out. I would like to use it. Anyone know how I can fix this problem? Thanks.

Check your ProcessGuard (and Online Armor) logs to find what (if anything) has been blocked. Most likely, the "Install Global Hooks" privilege will be needed in PG for autofill.
