Recover Flash Drive unallocated Space

I way trying to create a bootable flash drive using TI 9.1 and formatted the disk. After formatting I noted the some of it became unallocated and I’m now unable to get it back. Does anyone know how to get the unallocated space back? ???

This works with hard drives so I assume it will work with flash drives.
Right-click My Computer, then choose Manage.
Then go to Storage/Disk Management.
You should be able to allocate it from there.
