PG and Hacker Eliminator> Any Conflicts??

I'm always looking at better strategies for increased "layered Protection". Has anyone run up against/or know of any conflict problems between Hacker Eliminator and PG of PE.
I am considering a "Hacker Eliminator" download. Any input??
