Please help - After I deleted the the incremental backup files....

Please kindly help.....
I 've created a full backup and an incremental backup. Problems occured after I deleted files of last incremental backup. After I installed a program and made another incremental backup, the incremental files sizes almost same as full backup!! Anyone can help??

Did you run a defrag after deleting the incremental backup?

No. I didn't do any defragment....
