Any freeware realtime antispyware apps?

Ewido, few others... what antispyware apps are there that offer a realtime component and are still completely free, not just trials like the aforementioned?

The only realtime I'm using atm is Defender (!) with periodic trusty Ad-Aware/Spybot scans. This feels like a rather dated combination, so I'd like to update things as far as that goes, although I am unaware of what I should use to do it and not have to purchase anything.
