Hi,
I download the trial version (True Image 9.0), and tried for two weeks, it worked perfectly.
I purchased the "Physical Box". Since I could not convert the trial version to "paid version", I uninstalled the trial version, then reinstalled using the CD.
Now when I start the program, I getting "E000101F4: Application module error - Cannot find the necessary Acronis True Image modules. Please reinstall Acronis True Image". I already uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
The version is 9.0 (Build 2,323).
Looking for a quick response.
