Spysweeper... Yay or Nay?

What's the consensus on Spysweeper these days? I saw it in one of the local sales circulars for $9.99usd after rebates.

Hi spysweeper 5 is such a resourse hog that i turned off all the shields and now using f-secure internet security as my real time only. but the on demand scan is good but on my pc this version scan time is soooooooooooo slow
