I have just attemted to use a USB keyboard and mouse in Startup Recovery Manager. After it starts neither keyboard nor mouse respond. Having found some old adapters and then plugged into the PS/2 ports it all started working. Is there an option that I am missing or aren't USB devices supported.
I am using Acronis*True*Image*Home® version 9.0 (build*3,666).

Hello jeffg53,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
Could you please try to disable "USB legarcy support" in BIOS?
If it does not help please try the following workaround:
- Boot the computer from Acronis True Image bootable rescue disc (Full version);
- Hit F11 key after the "Starting Acronis Loader..." message appears and you get to the selection screen of the program;
- After you get the "Linux Kernel Settings" prompt, please add "acpi=off noapic nousb2" parameter (without quotes) to the end of the Linux kernel command line (so it will be "quiet acpi=off noapic nousb2");
- Click OK button.
If nothing from described above is helpfull, please create Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317). Please send this report to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
Thank you.
