hi, i have a few programs, like Cain, which AntiVir keeps alerting me to. it asks me what i want to do, i pick ignore but it just pops up again a few minutes later.
how can i tell AntiVir to permanatly ignore Cain from real-time scanning? thanks.

Assuming that the Classic Avira is the same as the Premium version;
1. Right-click on the tray icon>Configure AntiVir. Make sure you have "Expert mode" selected at the top of the Window.
2. Guard>double-click on Scan>Exception
Assuming that all the files that Avira is alerting to are false-positives, the other way is to send them in to AntiVir to check and then correct.!

You should Check Expert Mode when you want to make something good. ;D
