hi

when i open the console of acronis true image v9.0 in windows server 2003 sp1 and want to install the remote agent on computer on my network i get error : e00640000 remote instaltion failed
an extended error has occurrd (0*fff0)
code=ffffffff800704b8
tag=0*bd28fdb64edb816

The client computer windows xp sp2 +in control panel firewall excection i check file and print share.
