RunDll error

Ok i am running a new dell computer on windows xp
i dont use outlook express any more because from the start i have always got an error and it would close. unfortanitly i dont recall the error, i think it was a runtime error .
anyways now starting today i get a message saying" rundll error is c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w3286\3\dlcdtime.dll missing entry:rundll entry
