After restore - all files have the same date

After doing a partial recovery/restore from an incremental backup, I find that ALL OF THE DATES ARE THE SAME! Every single file has the date/time of the restore instead of the original file time stamp. This doesn't happen if doing a full restore (which I don't want).

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
