When I try to renew my subscription the web site charges me the full price of $40 something dollars instead of $27. Can you help me.

Did you purchase NOD directly from Eset? Do you have a link to the page where you are trying to renew?

I purchased on the internet. Not sure exactly where I went. What do you suggest?

You can try filling out this support page. http://www.eset.com/support/contact.php You don't need your password, just your username.
