Few Questions about Vista Beta

I intend to download and install public beta of Vista soon( I hope it is still available for download).
I have few questiosn if anybody can answer.

1- How long this beta will remain available for download?
2- How bigger is the download and u can use any download manager or not?
Are there any ( legal) mirrors available?
2- If I install this beta, how long I can use it? I mean when the commercial version will be released, will this beta become non-functional?

i just tried downloading it from betanews/microsoft but i got teh following message:

Thanks for the reply. Is there any chance on the next beta vesion release or pre-release version( if there is any)?

i have no idea. if theres going to be another beta tho, its best just to wait for it.
