RA Server 1.0.11 and Win NT 4 Server

I upgraded my RA Server from 1.0.7 (it worked good) to 1.0.11. After rebooting I have mistake - "The dynamic library ACTIVEDS.dll could not be found in the spesified path...", and RA servise don't start. What can I do with this trouble? (Sorry for my English ;-) )
