Internet Explorer question

Hello, I am using Internet Explorer and when I installed the Verizon software that came with my DSL kit from Verizon, it changed the picture that was before shown as the Microsoft Windows picture. (See screenshot to see what picture if it helps)

Could someone tell me how to change it back to the Microsoft Windows picture?
