I'll normally run Disk Cleanup right after disconnecting from the net (I'm on dialup), since there still seem to be things left after clearing the Firefox cache. Typically it'll offer to remove up to maybe 20-30K of Temporary Internet files and on occasion a tiny bit of Temporary.
Once in a great while, maybe once or twice a month, it'll suddenly come up with a whopping 5 or 6 megs of Temporary (not Internet) files. So far, letting it remove those hasn't caused any problems.
Since the Temporary category doesn't include a "view files" option, like most of the others do, any idea what these are, and why the weird intermittent timing?
