burn image directly to DVD+R

I'm using Acronis True Image Workstation 9.1 Build 3.531.
Cannot save Image directly to DVD+R Message: BAD MEDIA

As Carver I would recommend that you download the latest build (3718 ) (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/support/updates/) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation first. To get access to updates you should first register (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/registration/) your software.

If the problem persists with the latest build, please disable your own CD/DVD burning software temporary and see whether the problem still persists. If the problem still persists, please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317). Also collect Acronis True Image log which can be saved from Tools -> Show Log -> Diskette icon. Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
