For zero day threats such as the Microsoft Powerpoint Keylogger (see http://www.eset.com/company/article.php?contentID=1548) when it may be weeks before Microsoft issue a security patch, is protection by NOD32 likely to arrive any quicker?

Where is the best place to get information about progress on detecting specific recent threats in the news (eg this one!), particularly if we don't know what eset is going to call them?

Thanks!
DD

OK thanks - any tips on discovering what name NOD32 is calling a recent threat?

Also does NOD32 protection usually arrive quicker than Microsoft's in such cases?

Regards

Another answer to my original questions is probably to be found by looking at http://www.eset.com/threat-center/blog/index.php, in case that helps anyone else.
