Procguard.sys Stop Error

When shutting Windows down, I am getting a Stop Error 0x0000008E in procguard.sys. The only thing I can think of that I installed recently is Alcohol 120% and Photoshop. Also upgraded recently to PG 3.4.00.

Running XP Pro SP2, 2GB ram, etc....

Have you tried the latest version of Process Guard, there were some problems with Procguard.sys in the version you are running.

I don't think so, I couln't find the upgrade anywhere to the full version - and the member area looks like its version is even earlier than what I am using, or the notification text is not updated at least....
