I wanted to thank Blackspear for his settings as I finally used them & it located a tojan here on my business laptop , also wanted to say sorry for the post yesterday I was out of line, thanks again for all you hard work here at Wilders

My pleasure Larry, and no problem, the response I gave was in regards to the person in question pulling down someone else due to their own failure to follow clear instructions. The exclamation points were not added by me, they were a direct quote of the first 2 lines from all licenses sent out within Australia. As I think my record pretty clearly shows, I am exceedingly patient in helping people, but when someone is rude, well that's where my help ceases.
