trying to upgrade to version 4

Hi ... My cousin is trying to upgrade his version from 3.5 to the latest but , He doesn't have his info which Ewido send when purchasing their product , So he doesn't know what his license keys are , What can he do to retreat this information ? Because at the moment he is still using 3.5 ...

If your friend will go to the ewido Sales support link below....there is a My account button in the Top right side that takes one to a page with a few options that might be a way to get his 3.5 code info.

Also as a side note once he gets his old key code....it is recommended to un-install the 3.5 version first before installing the new version.
