Hello
I have not twice (2) gone through the "automatic" process and it claimed that it was increasing my C:\ and taking from my D:\. I would take three reboots. It never works. Only one reboot and then back in, the drives have not changed their size. What am I doing wrong? I will try on manual.

Dear cpanon,
Thank you for using Acronis Disk Managing Software (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/diskdirectorsuite/)
We can suggest you the following workaround to resolve the problem:
- You can resize your partitions using Acronis Bootable Media.
If you’d like to initiate the resize process from Windows then we will need some diagnostic information that would help us to investigate the issue:
Acronis System Report
Windows System Information
Please this thread ( http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317) for details.
We also need SnapAPI log from you system:
Please install the below update with disabled logging and see whether the problem persists.
http://download.acronis.com/support/SnapAPI.167_s_e.exe
If the problem persists, please enable logging by running the SnapAPI update once again, reproduce the program failure and send us the "snapapi.log" file which is located at C:\.
Thank you.
