Having trouble with registration code

Hi...I just downloaded the 4.0 version to update, approximately 4 days ago and cannot figure out how to access the registration code. It originally appeared on the web site, before I had to delete the previous ewido program and reboot my computer (which I was instructed to do). Now that I have the old ewido program deleted from my system and the new one installed, there is nothing under the "help" drop-down box, instructing me how to find the code I need to enter so that my program is fully active. I would very much appreciate how to go about activating the 4.0 version, so that I can put it to use, as I paid for it months ago.

Do you mean you have lost the 3.5 code and cannot find it in the Help -> About in 4.0?

The license code will not be shown anywhere in ewido. If you have lost the 3.5 code, you need to contact support using the form below

with the e-mail address and postal address with which you make the purchase, and they will send you your old key. Remember that you need to get your new license code for 4.0 here:
