Information on threats

It would be helpful if there was a way in which we can find out more about the threats discovered by Ewido. Is there a system within the program? I found a 'Downloader.small.dap' or something yesterday and a Google search did not find out what it was. Does this company have a reference section that describes the things that the program detects?
