KPF 2.1.5 installation error !! [solved]

When I try to install KPF 2.1.5, I receive the attached error.
This is the first time that I receive this error ???, I installed the program from the same setup file before withour any problems..
What is this error? and how can I fix this?

No idea, it mentions rpc so have you disabled any windows services between the last time you had it installed and now? A big one might be your Windows Installer service might be disabled, or corrupted on your computer.

If have used any of those sites that claim to know what people should disable when it comes to windows services, then that would be the problem.
