Hi,
until when are you supporting version 3,5?
I asked because first it is working well now on my pc without bugs..and second when I click on the icon to make a scan it 's telling me that the version 4 is ready to download .
Other quest; if i download version 4,do I desable first version 3,5?

Don't worry Carry, version 4 works brilliantly well.
I have just been using it over the last few days since downloading it. And my PC is now clear of malware and all lovely again. So it is also bug free.
You should find that ewido will update itself and sort itself out, when you click for the newer version, giving you any instructions necessary as it goes.
