I have the C: drive with programs and all is OK there but no E: partition with data. It is on the cloned drive but never got transferred to new drive. Did I do something wrong and if so, what do I do about it now?

WIN xp SP2, Dell I8200 laptop, new 100 gig drive from old 40 gig drive.

Acronis TI v. 9.0 home build 3633 (now updated to latest). Still have cloned image on USB drive and a full back up on another USB drive and original HD in tact for safety sake.
First time using clone and having doubts.

Hello Jarhead99,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

Please explain your step-by-step actions which you took that led you to this issue. Could you please tell us how did you figure our that the E:\ partition does not present/visible on the new drive (which program you use for that)? Please plug both drives (source and destination) to your computer and create Acronis Report as it is described in Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317). This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disks partition structure. Also please create a screenshot of Disk Management (Start->Run->compmgmt.msc) with both hard drives plugged in. Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the issue and try to provide you with the solution.

Thank you.
