Lost PW and username

Well i formated my HD and forgot to save the mail with my username and password. So i cant update anymore. How do i get it back agin? I have been sending mails to support@eurosecure.com but they dont awnser

Bump,

still no awnser from my seconde mail, should i change anti-virus program? No use to have a program i cant update. And users should be abel to get the password and usernam from you i give you the last 4 number on my credit card.
