I'm having trouble updating to the latest build of True Image 9--I am a registered user. I click product updates, and then it asks me to register. I type in my user name, email address, and password amd get a response that says I am already registered and that I can login. I click the login and get right back to the registration boxes. What am I doing wrong?

Look further to the right on that same screen. There is another, smaller log in box. Try that one instead. That should get you where you need to go.
