Hi all
I have installed e-donkey latest version and it seems to have installed a directory under Program files called blss in which there is blss.exe.
It apprears to be a spyware as each time I log on the internet it tries to access the web: I have used my firewall to prevent it from doing so.
In any case, Spywareblaster does not detect it and it cannot be deleted by simply deleting the directory.
I thought I would let you know and if anyone knows how to get rid of it let me know!
Thank you
Azraelle

Hi Azraelle,
Welcome to Wilders!
There is a thread about this on DSLR
http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,7767974~root=security,1~mode=flat
from there, some posted solutions are
-{ Quote: "blss.exe is installed with overnet and edonkey, if you look in your add remove programs there is a program called "shield" uninstall this and it will remove blss.exe.
It did on mine." }-
or, alternatively
-{ Quote: "As someone mentioned before, find blss folder in program files and use uninstall in there, it seems to remove it comepletly." }-

I know, but you would have to be real good at math to read that into your previous post.
