hi,
i am using bit defender professional pro.
I am a member of a flash chatroom for a pc forum (flashchat). I am using firefox browser.
When i open the chat room within in a tab in the main window, in a new window or even in IE the flash chat and my pc run fine for a while then i notice that the pc becomes sluggish and erratic. This happens even when the chat is idle but open.
I notice that bdss.exe is using 50% resources (then zero then 50% again cyclic) this is causing the performance problem.
When i close the chat the problem and the bdss.exe activity ceases.
Does anyone know why and of a way round this ?
