NOD32 failed to update

Just purchased a licence for NOD32, but i can't seem to get it to update. All I get is the message "Server connection failure". Anyone experience this problem before and how do i fix it? I've put in the username and password where it is needed. Even tried turnning off the firewall to no avail.

Do you get this message if you manually hit the "Update Now" button?

problem solved, it turned out to be the proxy server. Some reason it was ticked in set up, unticked it and all is working now.
