Sending mail with Outlook Express

Since I installed NOD I seem to be having issues sending mail with Outlook Express, I can receive mail with no problems, but 2 out of 3 times I open Outlook Express to send an email and I hit send, it fails, often I have to keep resending it 3 or 4 times before it gets sent from the outbox. Any suggestions?

Could you please try repairing Winsock, (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=462132#post462132) then repair IMON; see post number 40 HERE (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=266653#post266653)
