View Full Version : Trojans still active????

Hi to you all.

I’ve been happily using Nod for a few months now and been to this forum frequently to find additional info.
The other day I looked into threat log and finally found something ;). Seems to be 2 trojans, (got all Blackspeers settings).
One thing I’m confused about, in threat log it says multiple infiltrations (black) and when I check details there are several red “things” listed under the one that is black and says terminated.
What does this mean? Are they still active and being a threat?? What do I do? Just deleting, or? Since they are also listed in the quarantine, should I keep them there or delete??
As I am new to this , please help me and shed some light.

Thanks

Hi MrsHRB, welcome to Wilders.

Can you please post a copy of the logs so we can advise further.

{QUOTE-> ........... here comes another one <-QUOTE}OK, the 2nd screen I can see "connection..." which if expanded will say "connection terminated". These all have been detected by IMON in websites that you have gone to and appear to be detected and the connection terminated.

I'd simply run a scan and clean: NOD32 Control Centre> NOD32> Rund NOD32> Scan and Clean

Let us know the results.

Cheers :)

I'd suggest that you switch your browser to Higher efficiency mode in order to be 100% that no malicious code will slip through the HTTP scanner. Go to the IMON setup - HTTP - Compatibility setup, and click on the red label "Higher compatibility" next to your browser's name so that it turns to green "Higher efficiency".
