A couple of weeks ago I bit the bullet and upgraded to TI9 and loaded it over my TI8, I had no advice to the contrary and thought as an upgrade TI8 needed to be installed to qualify.

Now the first week this happened and I did not worry about it but it has again happened with this weeks full image and need you assistance.

I have only one schedule set for 7:00 PM each Friday but at 6:30 PM TI kicks in and tries to do something resulting in the following messages in the log

No such script "2879A617-A7EB-4A92-AEAD-661A81E9CA18"
Failed to process pair script:2879A617-A7EB-4A92-AEAD-661A81E9CA18
Operation has completed with errors.

I can only think it may be something left over from TI8 as I have never set any other schedule to run in TI9

Anybody point me to where I can find and delete any other scripts that might be hanging around

Thanks

Suggest that you do the following :

1. Download the latest build file from the Acronis website, Filename : trueimage9.0.3633_s_en.ex

2. Save to Desktop or Folder

3. Completely uninstall True Image

4. Run a utility to clear up invalid Registry entries and broken links

5. Setup chkdsk c:/f (assuming C: is your system & programs partition)

6. Reboot and let chkdsk run

7. Reinstall True Image from the downloaded file (trueimage9.0.3633_s_en.ex)

8. Setup your scheduler again

Some users may think that the above is "over-kill" but it is (in my view) the only way to assure a clean install of what is probably the most important piece of software on your system other than your OS.

Yes decided to do that before I read your message, thanks anyway, completely unistalled TI9 deleted folders and reg entries then reloaded, seems okay, I'll know next Friday at 6:30 :D
