Spywareblaster error code 4

I've downloaded this program several times from several sources, but I know the copy on my cd is good because I can install it on other computers just fine.

However, on this one computer, it installs fine, but when I try to run it, I get error code 4.

Does ANYONE know what's causing this?

BTW, the computer is clean.

Is that the error that says you're missing a dll file? msvbvm60.dll? I got that on one computer too. I copied the dll from another machine and then spywareblaster works but does something strange when I double-click the icon, the gui opens but then it starts opening a totally unrelated installation file for a piece of software that I uninstalled a long time ago. Then it errors again and I hit cancel, and SB continues to load and works fine after that. Happens everytime I run it though, since copying the dll. Strange.
