What is netdde.exe? I found it running in the back ground. SSM is hanging on that exe file also.

It stands for Network Dynamic Data Exchange and it is used by some network enabled apps to share files using NetBIOS across the net. AFAIK, its most common use is for sharing system clipboards across the net. Chances are, you can safely disable its autostart but it really depends on what applications you have loaded and use.

Thanks Dan. I disabled it and my computer is working fine withput it.
