I've tried changing their web address in Spyblaster to Google but on restart- there it is again.
I am also having trouble with the accessibility section of internet options. On restart the deselected CSS box is checked and the related deleted file oslogo.bmp has reappeared in my c/windows/web folder.
Can anyone help?

Hi Merlot,

Can you please download and run HijackThis from

http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/hijackthis.zip

and scan the system but do *not* try to fix anything yet as many of the items listed are necessary, instead press the "save log" button and copy and paste the log here for someone to review and advise on.

To take away the worst slowdown, you can first download, unzip and run CWShredder (http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip).

After that please follow Dan's advise.
