Has anyone had a chance to look at this AV? I ran across it totally by accident. It has pretty impressive unpacking capability (based on its performance with some of the GAV test files). They also picked up a VB100 in June 2003 and a "checkmark" award.

Its pretty short on help files but is fairly intuitive to use. It has a feature which allows one to "adjust" the depth of unpacking. The deepest level took 40 min to scan while it took only about 15 min to scan the same files without unpacking.

They appear to be updating every other day.

I would appreciate hearing if anyone has had a chance to look at it or have any opinions about it. Their home page is: http://www.hauri.net/html/

Thanks,

Bdiamond

Yes.
Unfortunately Hauri's engine is not very good... should I say bad ?
Any good AV has to achieve a near perfect detection of ITW viruses.
and as you can see here, ViRobot is somewhat bad:
