Code 4 error message

I downloaded and installed SpywareBlaster from 2 different locations. When I try to run the program I get the following error message.

Error while unpacking program, code 4. Plase report to author
My OS is WINMe.

Can anyone help me with this?

I finally found the answer to this problem. I must have downloaded a corrupted intallation file originally. The fix:
1) to go to the Control Panel and click "Install/Remove Programs", page down to SpywareBlaster program and remove it.
2) Next went to the downloaded installation file and deleted it.
3) Next, reboot computer.
4) Without opening any other programs I went to Javacool and downloaded installation file from a different site.
5) Executed new install file and program started and runs OK.

This solved my problem...if anyone else is having same try the above, good luck,
