I have been unable to submit any EULAs to the Eula Research Center. The process is always unsuccessful. Is that particular site down? EulaLyzer is able to access the web to check for program updates, however.
Internet access and Trusted Zone access permissions for eulalyzer.exe and eulawatch.exe have been specified in my firewall. I haven't given them server rights or email rights. They are set to prompt.
What is the exact url and the exact IP address that is used for the submission? I want to make sure that it is not being blocked by my hosts file, by PeerGuardian or by something else.
