While some users believe that "tracking down" the source of Internet probes is useful, experience indicates that there is little to gain and potentially much to lose. The wisest course of action is to simulate nonexistence — which your system has failed to do. Your counter-probes immediately reveal your system's presence and location on the Internet." }-
I have just been to Shield's Up and tried the All Service Points scan. Then as suggested tried their link http://4.79.142.206/ which is designed not to reply. Then reloaded the original service point scan. This then comes up with a failure as in the quote above.
I use Kerio 4.2.2 and behind a router.
I would appreciate an explanation of this failure in terms of the vulnerability it leaves you open to. Also do other f/ws have this failing?
Thanks
