Sir,

When i try your online products registration (for snapdeploy), i got this error message :

xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx — Serial Number is valid but we can't register it right now. Please contact support immediately.

and when i try your 'contact support' page (https://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/support/) i got the same error.

I need to download the snap deploy update.

Any solutions ?
