Steve.,

I may be misunderstanding but if you want the first and probably best

little FW leaktester - which does not require XP - then

Steve Gibson's Free GRC Leaktester is it,

http://GRC.com/default.htm

Hi Micro,

Note: StevieO meant the first ever leaktest by PCFlank not the "first ever".

Also, Gibson's leaktest 1.2 is the very simplest leaktest and certainly not the best, as it is easy to deny with outbound application filtering functionality in a firewall even as simple as ZoneAlarm Free which only has the basics: stealthing ports and outbound application filtering. Goto and read: http://www.firewallleaktester.com to find more up-to-date leak tests. Try downloading and executing Tooleaky to see what I mean.

Yes lotuseclat79 explained it perfectly for me, and also provided a very good link. I've tested my ZoneAlarm free against all of those applicable on there, and manage to pass 99% of them, along with always running Winsonar as well.

Thanks
