Today I try to manual update the latest MS updates but get the message like: cryptographic services not running and something about verifying update.inf. But that service was running (and RPC also).
Then I renamed the folder Catroot to Catrootold (in system32) and the updates istalled without problems (windows created a new catroot folder itself).
Then I tried to start Help & Support (just came up in my mind ) and that worked which didn't for at least three month (after trying every solution I found on Internet, none worked) ;D
But still I have no clue what possibly could have caused this.
Anyone?
TIA
Gerard
