SpyGuard Icons

I just downloaded SpyGuard and it was relatively easy for someone like me who is not tech savvy. It automatically put 2 icons on my desktop. One is for "Live" something (update I think) and the other does nothing. I double click on it and it does nothing. Nothing happens at all. The "Live' one goes immediately into the install wizard. So - is it supposed to be this way? Please advise. I don't think I goofed anything up installing this program.

One icon is a live updater and the other icon is to restart SWG in the case u have exited the program for some reason..

EDIT- also that icon doesn't open a GUI it only places the SG icon in the system tray area.
