Uninstall Tiny Personal Firewall

I'm unable to uninstall TPF because I get a message that I'm already installing a program and that is not so as far as I know. I can't access InstallShield Wizard in XP to disable it and do the uninstall process...I really need help...thanks very much...lost in cyberspace

Was there any install that may have hung up or did not complete?
Have you tried going into safe mode and uninstalling from there?
