mizotec port monitor

Hello there. Someone has recommended the following download to help me find out what software is keeping my port 1025 open (or using it).

I have tended to shy away from freeware made by a one-man outfit; have any of you used any software from Mizotec? Is there any cause for concern here? I do use Spybot, but I'd hate to bring something malicious into my system to begin with. Thanks for any replies.

I have never heard of mizotech or this port monitor.
It doesn't look too bad,but it's an unknown.

I have Active Ports which is similar and it's spyware-free.
